This verification was performed in accordance with the principles and standards of the GHG Protocol aiming to provide moderate level assurance on the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the environmental data reported, including:

• Energy consumption

• GHG emissions

The miner's management is responsible for the preparation of the data in accordance with the published BEC methodology, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information, and maintaining internal controls relevant to the preparation of the report.

Verification Criteria

The verification aimed to confirm compliance with the BEC methodology, ensuring that the Company has:

1. Accurately sourced and managed utility and emissions data

2. Implemented management and quality controls throughout the reporting period

3. Correctly aggregated, converted, and calculated metrics

4. Ensured accurate GHG emissions calculations

5. Correctly disclosed environmental metrics in accordance with the BEC MRV methodology

Verification Boundary

The verification covered:

• Organizational and reporting boundaries as defined by the Company

• GHG emissions scope as per the operational control approach adopted by the Company

Limitations and Exclusions

The verification acknowledges inherent uncertainties in GHG quantification due to scientific and estimation limitations. The verification process did not include a site visit to the Company's facilities but involved a detailed review of a sample set of data for accuracy. These limitations do not materially impact the assurance engagement's outcome.

Verification Methodology

The Verifier conducted a comprehensive review, including:

• Interviews with responsible personnel for performance measurement

• Evaluation of current management systems for data collection, compilation, calculation, reporting, and validation

• Verification of the alignment with standard reporting protocols and the BEC MRV methodology

• Cross-referencing reported data with primary source documentation

Findings

The Verifier concludes that the environmental metrics reported by the Company for the specified period are materially correct and provide a fair representation of the Company's environmental impacts within the defined boundaries.
